Rates

     - Rooms :  $175.00 for July & August and  $125.00 for off season months - 
       Per Night per Room ( Double Occupancy )
       plus Sales Tax.

     - Extra persons per room:  $25.00 per person.

     - Maximum Total Adults per Room is 3.

     - To Rent the Whole House for yourself - Call for Rates.


Reservations & Refunds

     - 50% deposit required to confirms reservations.

     - Balance due in full upon arrival.

     - No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

     - Nor refunds if cancellation occurs within 30 days.

     - Check-in Time: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM  -  Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
       or call for special arrangements.


Directions

     - Leave Soldotna heading to Homer.

     - Cross the Kenai River Bridge.

     - Turn left on to Funny River Road.

     - Drive 18 miles East on Funny River Road.

     - Turn left just past the New Fire Station ( on the left side of the road ) onto 
        Glacier Blue Road.

     - Go approximately 1000 feet to cul de cas and use the straight in drive way.
